HT20 差圧センサー
導入：
HT20 は、安定性の高い拡散シリコン素子をコアとしたシリコンピエゾ抵抗差圧センサーです。コアは316Lに封入されています。
ステンレス鋼のハウジング、圧力はステンレス鋼を介して伝達されます。ダイヤフラムと敏感なチップにシリコンオイルを封入。敏感なチップはそうではありません測定媒体に直接接触し、完全な固体構造を形成します。圧力測定により、正確な差圧測定が可能になります。したがって、この製品は、必要なさまざまなシナリオに適用できます。過酷な腐食環境を含む差圧測定

2. ハウジングの組み立て中は、ハウジングが垂直に位置合わせされていることを確認し、補償プレートの詰まりや損傷を避けるために均等な圧力を加えてください。
3. 測定媒体がコアダイヤフラムおよびハウジング材質 (316L) と互換性がない場合は、注文時に特別な指示を提供する必要があります。
4. ダイヤフラムの変形や突き刺しによるコアの損傷を防ぐため、センサダイヤフラムを手や鋭利な物体で押さないでください。
5. ゲージ圧コアの圧力ポートを大気に開放し、コア負圧室に水、水蒸気、腐食性媒体が侵入しないようにしてください。
6. ピンリードに変更がある場合は、実際のコアのラベルに従ってください。
