Product Description
HT26V は、安定性の高い拡散シリコン素子コアを備えたシリコン ピエゾ抵抗圧力センサーです。測定媒体の差圧は、316L絶縁ダイヤフラムと封入されたシリコンオイルを介してシリコンダイヤフラムに伝達されます。拡散シリコンのピエゾ抵抗効果を利用して、液体および気体の圧力を正確に測定します。センサーには圧力シール用の O リングが含まれており、取り付けが簡単です。

1. 必要な気密性を達成するために、組み立て中にコア サイズとトランスミッタ ハウジングが適切に適合していることを確認します。
2. ハウジングの組み立て中は、補償プレートの詰まりや損傷を避けるために、垂直方向の位置合わせを維持し、均一な圧力を加えてください。
3. 測定媒体がコアダイヤフラムおよびハウジング材質 (316L) と互換性がない場合は、注文時に特別な指示を提供します。
4. 変形や突き刺しによる損傷を防ぐため、センサーダイヤフラムを手や鋭利な物体で押さないようにしてください。
5. ゲージ圧コアの圧力ポートを大気開放状態に保ち、コア負圧室への水、水蒸気、腐食性媒体の侵入を防止してください。
6. ピンリードの変更については、実際のコアのラベルを参照して適切に接続してください。
