BP93420DII差圧トランスミッタは、拡散型シリコンピエゾ抵抗センサーを使用しています。測定媒体の圧力差がセンサーの両側のコルゲートダイアフラムに位置すると、センサーチップのホイートストンブリッジから出力される信号は圧力差と良好な線形関係を持ち、圧力差を正確に測定できます。石油、化学、電力、水文などのパイプラインにおけるさまざまなガスや液体の圧力差測定に適しています。
