シリコン圧力センサーの紹介:
HT26V シリコン圧力センサーは、圧電型の一種で、その中核は非常に安定したシリコン結晶コンポーネントの拡散です。測定媒体の圧力差は、316L 絶縁ダイアフラムを介してシリコンダイアフラムに伝達され、シリコーンオイルで密閉されます。従来の直径19mmからカスタム構造が作られ、高度にカスタマイズされており、ステンレス鋼部品は7mmまで利用可能です。5〜10Vの定電圧電源、通常の出力。HT26V 圧力センサーには、圧力シールに使用する O リングが装備されており、取り付けに便利です。
