HT19 圧電型シリコン圧力センサーは、主なコンポーネントとして高安定性の拡散シリコン感知素子を使用しています。感知パッケージは、316L ステンレス鋼ダイアフラムから感知素子への圧力伝達にシリコーンオイルを利用しています。圧電型圧力センサーは、高安定性と高精度を備えた国際的に高度なシリコン圧力チップを採用し、応力設計を最適化した焼結ベースを採用し、SMT、金線ボンディング、ダイアフラム溶接、高真空オイル充填、圧力サイクル応力緩和、高温エージング、温度補償などのプロセスで製造されています。30年以上の開発、製造経験と技術革新により、優れた安定性と性能を備え、ユーザーから広く認められています。

寸法
1. 必要な気密性を得るために、組み立て中にコアサイズとトランスミッタハウジングの適合性に注意してください。
2. ハウジングの組み立て中は、垂直に位置合わせし、均等な圧力をかけて、詰まりや補償プレートの損傷を防いでください。
3. 測定媒体がコアダイアフラムとハウジング材料（316L）と互換性がない場合は、注文時に特別な指示を提供する必要があります。
4. ダイアフラムの変形や貫通によるコアの損傷を防ぐため、手や鋭利なものでセンサーダイアフラムを押さないでください。
5. ゲージ圧力コアの圧力ポートを大気に開放し、水、水蒸気、または腐食性媒体がコア負圧室に入らないようにしてください。
6. ピンリードに変更がある場合は、実際のコアのラベルを参照してください。
