BP9325 シリコンピエゾ抵抗圧力センサーは、高安定性の拡散シリコン 素子です。測定媒体の差圧は 316L分離膜とシリコーンオイルを介してシリコンダイアフラムに伝達されます。 拡散シリコンのピエゾ抵抗効果を利用することで、 液体とガスの圧力を測定する目的を達成します。
